De-kitting work orders accommodate your business’s unique needs by breaking down products that were previously kitted by Jetpack (using a Kitting work order) into their individual components.

Creating De-Kitting Work Orders in the Jetpack Dashboard
Follow these steps to create a de-kitting work order:1
Navigate to Work Orders
- Click Orders on the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Work Orders from the drop-down options

Select De-Kitting
- Choose De-Kitting
- Click Next

Choose fulfillment center and product
- Choose a fulfillment center from the drop-down list under Select Fulfillment Center
- Search for the product by name or product ID

Specify quantity to de-kit
Insert the number of kits you want Jetpack to de-kit..png)

Configure component products
- Check all products that the kit contains
- Insert the quantity of each individual product

Add special instructions (Optional)
Insert any special instructions or upload attachments if needed.

Submit your request
Click the Submit Request button to finalize your de-kitting work order.
