When you need to ship inventory using freight instead of parcels, Jetpack offers comprehensive freight coordination services through industry-leading carrier partnerships. Whether you’re sending full truckloads or less-than-truckloads to your fulfillment centers or customers, we’ll help you arrange the logistics through our freight shipping method.
What Jetpack Freight Services Include
Jetpack offers top-tier freight services through industry-leading carrier partnerships. With the ShipBob Freight shipping method, you can ship full truckloads (FTL) and less-than-truckloads (LTL) using a standard pick-up and delivery experience. Optional add-ons (accessorials) are available at an additional cost to tailor the service to your specific needs.Important Freight Requirements
To secure a successful ShipBob Freight experience, provide complete and accurate pick-up and delivery information before booking. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in failed pick-ups or deliveries, leading to additional costs and delays. For inbound shipments, ensure you supply the total number of pallets as well as the dimensions and weight of each pallet. Discrepancies between provided and actual shipment specifications may incur extra charges.Complete and accurate freight information prevents failed pick-ups, delivery issues, and unexpected charges. Always double-check your pallet counts, dimensions, and weights before booking.
Standard Freight Requests
Standard ShipBob Freight offerings are available at no additional charge and include scheduled appointments for all pick-up and delivery requests:| Region | Trailer Size | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Australia, EU, and UK | 40 ft trailer | Both pick-up and delivery locations must have accessible loading docks |
| Canada and US | 53 ft trailer | Both pick-up and delivery locations must have accessible loading docks |
Non-Standard Freight Requests
If your requirements fall outside the standard offerings, you can request additional add-ons (accessorials) at an extra cost. Charges vary by carrier.Available Accessorial Services
