Ship In Own Container (SIOC)
SIOC packaging allows products to be shipped in the original packaging they arrived in at Jetpack. This is ideal for products that come in their own retail-ready packaging. How SIOC Works:If an order includes multiple items (whether SIOC or standard packaging items), all products will ship together in the most optimal standard box as determined by the Jetpack box algorithm. SIOC packaging is used only when a single SIOC item ships alone.
- SIOC packaging must have at least one flat side measuring 6 x 4 in (15.24 x 10.16 cm) to accommodate a shipping label
- Packaging containing hazardous material markings requires prior written approval from Jetpack Care
- The total fulfillment cost for a SIOC shipment is based on the outer box dimensions, rounded up to the nearest inch
Custom Packaging
For products that require branded packaging or don’t fit standard options, Jetpack supports custom packaging materials. Learn more about custom packaging options and requirements.
- Custom packaging materials must be sent to Jetpack fulfillment centers and stocked as a unique SKU in your inventory
- Custom mailers cannot exceed 18 inches in length or 14 inches in width
- Custom boxes or mailers must measure at least 6 x 4 in (15.24 x 10.16 cm)
- One flat side must be at least 6 x 4 in (15.24 x 10.16 cm) for the shipping label
- Custom boxes with hazardous markings require written approval from Jetpack Care
- Special boxes requiring multiple folds must be processed via a kitting request

To ensure the most delicate product is properly protected during shipping, Jetpack will use the most protective packaging material, as long as all items in the order fit within the optimal package.For example, if one product requires a bubble mailer and another requires a poly mailer, both will ship in a bubble mailer (the more protective option).
