Once you create a return order, you can track its entire journey from arrival at the fulfillment center through processing and completion. The Return Order Details page provides comprehensive tracking information, while the Returns page offers powerful filtering tools to manage multiple return orders efficiently.
The Return Order Details Page
After creating a return order, click on the Return ID to access the Return Order Details page. This page is divided into several key sections that provide complete visibility into your return:| Section | What It Shows | Key Details |

| Timeline | Progress tracking from arrival through completion | Track the return through each status: arrival at fulfillment center, processing, and final return preference (Dispose, Quarantine, or Restock) |
| Return Details | Product-level information and actions | View the quantity of each returned product, the return preference you selected, and the action taken by Jetpack |
| Attachments | Shipping label documents | If Jetpack labels were purchased, access the PDF of the shipping label for the return order |
| Shipping Details | Carrier and destination information | Check the destination fulfillment center and carrier tracking number; update tracking numbers for prepaid labels as soon as they become available |
| Invoice | Processing fees | Once processing is complete, review the processing fee charged for the return order |
| Channel Details | Return order source | Identify the source that created the return order (for example, “Jetpack Default” if created via the Order Details page) |
You can edit return details until the order reaches the Arrived status. After that point, the return information is locked.
Filtering Returns by Status
The Returns page displays all your return orders and includes status tabs that help you quickly find returns at specific stages in the process:| Status Tab | What It Shows | Use This When |

| Awaiting | Orders in transit to the fulfillment center | You want to monitor returns that haven’t arrived yet |

| Processing | Orders currently being inspected by Jetpack | You want to track returns actively being processed |
| Completed | Orders where all return preferences have been performed | You need to review finished returns |
| Canceled | Orders that have been canceled | You want to see which returns were canceled |

For more precise control over which returns appear in your list, use the advanced filtering options:1
Open the Filter Menu
Click the funnel icon at the top of the Returns page to open the filter pop-up window.

Select Your Filter Criteria
Choose from multiple filter fields to narrow down your results:
- Return ID - Search by the unique return order identifier
- Reference ID - Filter by your internal reference number
- Created Date - Find returns created within a specific date range
- Return Types - Filter by return category or type
- Fulfillment Center - Show returns for a specific FC location
- Associated Shipment - Find returns linked to a particular shipment
- Tracking Number - Search by carrier tracking number
- Store Order ID - Filter by the original order ID from your sales channel
- Return Actions - Filter by the action taken (Dispose, Quarantine, Restock)
- Product - Show returns containing a specific product SKU

Apply Your Filters
Click Apply Filters to update the Returns page with your filtered results.
Exporting the Returns Report
Need to analyze your returns data outside the dashboard? Export a complete Returns Report with all return order information:1
Navigate to the Returns Page
Click Returns on the left-hand navigation bar to open the Returns page.

Initiate the Export
Click the Export Returns button at the top right of the Returns page.
A confirmation message will appear letting you know the export request has been received. The report will be emailed to the email address associated with your Jetpack account.

Check Your Email
Locate the email from Jetpack in your inbox. If you don’t see it right away, search for “Export of Returns Report” in your email client.

Download the Report
Click the hyperlinked file in the email to download your complete Returns Report.
