How Jetpack Billing Works

Jetpack operates on a simple, transparent billing model designed to provide you with maximum clarity and flexibility. Key aspects of our billing approach:
  • Weekly invoicing - Invoices are generated weekly, covering all fulfillment activities and fees
  • Payment due upon receipt - Payment is expected when you receive your invoice
  • Email delivery - Invoices are sent directly to your email (no platform login required)
  • Dual file formats - Each invoice includes both a PDF overview and a complete XLS detail file
  • Transparent pricing - Every charge is itemized with clear descriptions
Invoice Delivery: Jetpack sends invoices directly to your email inbox. You’ll receive a PDF summary for quick review and a comprehensive XLS file containing detailed line items for every shipment, service fee, and credit.

Payment Methods

Jetpack accepts multiple payment methods to accommodate your business needs. Choose the option that works best for your accounting workflow.

Credit Card Processing Fee: When paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee is added to your total invoice amount. We recommend using ACH or Wire Transfer whenever possible to avoid this additional cost.

  • Storage Fees - Monthly charges for bins, shelves, and pallets housing your inventory
  • D2C Fulfillment Fees - Per-order costs for direct-to-consumer shipments
  • B2B Fulfillment Fees - Per-order costs for business-to-business orders (25+ units)
  • Receiving Fees - Charges for processing inbound inventory via WROs
  • Extra Services - Additional services like kitting, dangerous goods handling, fragile packing, returns processing, and more
Unified Rate Cards: For D2C fulfillment, each merchant receives a negotiated rate card that combines shipping, first pick, processing, and standard packaging into a single, predictable cost per order. This simplifies pricing and makes it easier to forecast fulfillment expenses.

Regional Pricing

Jetpack operates fulfillment centers across multiple regions, each with its own pricing structure based on local operating costs and currency. Fulfillment regions:
  • United States - Pricing in USD
  • Canada - Pricing in CAD
  • United Kingdom - Pricing in GBP
  • European Union - Pricing in EUR (Netherlands)
  • Australia - Pricing in AUD
