Disposals and Donations work orders allow you to request that Jetpack’s Operations team dispose of inventory on hand or donate products to charitable organizations. This is useful when you have excess inventory, damaged products, or items you’d like to contribute to charity.
What Are Disposal and Donation Work Orders?
Disposal and donation work orders are requests you submit to Jetpack’s Operations team to handle unwanted or excess inventory. These work orders can be used to:- Dispose of damaged or expired inventory
- Donate products to charitable organizations
- Remove excess or obsolete inventory from storage
Creating a Disposal or Donation Work Order
To create a disposal or donation work order from your Jetpack dashboard:1
Navigate to Work Orders
Click Orders on the left-hand navigation bar, then select Work Orders from the drop-down options.

Select Disposal/Donation
Choose the Disposal/Donation work order tile.

Complete the form
Fill out the form with complete and detailed instructions to ensure the task is performed to your specifications. Include any special instructions or attachments if needed.

Submit your request
Click the Submit Request button to finalize your work order.
