Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to all charges if you meet these criteria: (1) your dashboard currency is set to AUD, (2) you use only Australia-based fulfillment centers, and (3) you pay by credit card. Choose direct debit or wire transfer to avoid this fee.
D2C Fulfillment Fees
Direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders are shipments sent directly to individual customers. Jetpack uses a unified rate card approach for D2C fulfillment that combines multiple cost elements into one predictable fee per order.
Understanding Your Unified Rate Card
Each merchant receives a negotiated unified rate card that bundles:
- Shipping costs - The carrier’s charge to deliver the package
- First pick fee - Labor cost to pick the first item in an order
- Processing fee - Order handling and processing charges
- Standard packaging - Basic boxes, poly mailers, and packing materials

B2C to B2B Threshold: If a D2C order contains 25 units or more, it automatically qualifies as a B2B order and will be charged B2B rates instead of D2C rates.

Storage fees are charged monthly per storage location but calculated and prorated daily. Each SKU occupies its own location (bin, shelf, or pallet) to prevent mixed inventory.
