Administration Fee: A 2.5% administration fee applies to all charges if you meet these criteria: (1) your dashboard currency is set to GBP, and (2) you pay by credit card. Choose direct debit or wire transfer to avoid this fee.
D2C Fulfillment Fees
Direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders are shipments sent directly to individual customers. Jetpack uses a unified rate card approach for D2C fulfillment that combines multiple cost elements into one predictable fee per order.
Understanding Your Unified Rate Card
Each merchant receives a negotiated unified rate card that bundles:
- Shipping costs - The carrier’s charge to deliver the package
- First pick fee - Labor cost to pick the first item in an order
- Processing fee - Order handling and processing charges
- Standard packaging - Basic boxes, poly mailers, and packing materials
