How Shipping Preferences Work

Shipping Preferences are configured once in your Jetpack dashboard and automatically apply to all future orders that meet your specified criteria. You can set preferences at different levels: Account-Level Preferences - Apply to all orders by default (e.g., default carrier selection, customs information) Product-Level Preferences - Apply to orders containing specific products (e.g., reorder points, packaging requirements) Order-Level Preferences - Apply based on order attributes using automation rules (e.g., signature requirements for high-value orders) Most preferences can be updated at any time and take effect immediately for new orders.
